1. BOOK A TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT WITH A DESIGNER
To start with, book a virtual design consultation, click here to contact us or you can telephone us on 0115 984 4121. Our designers will call you to get to know you and your kitchen, bedroom or home office a little more. During this appointment you and your designer can discuss your preferred method of contact as we can share 3D designs over email or we can set up a meeting online where you will be able to see your designer’s screen on your computer in real-time – we can be flexible, so just let us know what works best for you.
Your kitchen design is personal, so your designer will ask you questions about your style, budget and lifestyle. If you’ve not yet decided, don’t worry, your designer will put you at ease and talk you through the options. 2. MEASURE & SHOW US YOUR KITCHEN
For us to start designing, all you need to do is measure your space and take a few photographs, using your phone or tablet is fine and don’t worry about clearing away any clutter!
The measurements, structure and layout of your kitchen will form the basis of your design, so for tips on how to measure yours, we’ve created a guide to make sure you get all the important ones noted down, click to view - it’s easy and should take no more than 10 minutes to do. Once done, please share your measurements with your designer via email and from there we will create a to-scale, 3D design of your kitchen.
3. GET A FREE KITCHEN DESIGN & QUOTATION
Once we have all your information, your designer will get to work creating your kitchen design and a no obligation quotation. Then present this to you through agreed methods of contact.
4. WORK WITH YOUR DESIGNER TO MAKE CHANGES
The first design is just the start, as you can continue to work with your designer until you’re 100% happy with it. Rest assured, we’re only happy with your kitchen when you are.
5. BUY YOUR KITCHEN WITH CONFIDENCE
When you’re ready, you can secure your order with a deposit through your designer. There are several ways to do this:
- Direct with either a credit or debit card.
- BACs payment via your own personal online banking facility. Your designer will send you all the necessary detail for making a BACs payment.
- Alternatively, you can take advantage of one of the flexible payment options:
Pay Monthly - Our Pay Monthly option allows you to spread the cost of your project for up to 10 year with an initial deposit of 10%. And because we believe in flexibility, you can also increase payments and make early repayments, if you prefer.
Interest Free – ranges and deals change so please ask your designer for the current ones.
If you wish to apply for one of our finance packages, your designer will go through the options with you and send you an application.
