Over 25 years of experience has taught us that every customers’ requirement for their dream bedroom is different. We will work with you from the initial ideas and design stage through to installation and completion to create your perfect space.
Step 1 - Our complete managed service begins with your initial enquiry and showroom visit, where you will be able to see the wide range of both Second Nature and bespoke bedroom cabinetry we have on display in our showroom.
Our designers will listen carefully to your preferences, likes and requirements to understand your needs exactly and will offer ideas and suggestions to narrow down the huge variety of configurations, colours, styles, handles and interior storage solutions on offer.
Step 2 - We will follow up with a home consultation to further discuss plans and ideas. We will also measure up at this stage. Once we have finalised our design ideas we will invite you back into the showroom for us to present our designs, so you can see how your bedroom will look. You will also get a full quote at this stage.
We will always try and work with you to design a bedroom that fits your budget. We provide a breakdown of the components so you know exactly what everything costs and will suggest slight changes or alternatives to reduce costs, if required. Once your bedroom has been designed it is still possible to make alterations and tweaks based on your preferences or your budget prior to production.
Step 3 - When you are happy with the design and quote we will agree a timescale, your bedroom will be ordered and any bespoke elements will be scheduled into production. Your bedroom will then be installed by the Fine Finish installation team. They will work efficiently and as cleanly as possible. Installation is a crucial part of the process and our team take great pride in their work. Our aim is your complete satisfaction and a job well done.
Fine Finish fitted bedrooms are of the highest quality. However, in the unusual event that a problem does arise you have peace of mind of a 5 year guarantee.
